Clare holds Master’s Degree from Erasmus University, International Institute of social studies, Hague in Netherlands. She also holds a masters in Anti-Corruption Studies from Austria. She is a PhD fellow at CHUSS, Makerere University. Her research focuses on political corruption in post independent Uganda, a historical perspective.
