To validate the key gender measures on the domains of empowerment within women economic outcomes in SACCOs and CSCGs under PROFIRA across diverse contexts and interventions, and document key lessons with respect to key gender measures for women economic empowerment. The study will utilize the findings from a related study on the Women Economic Empowerment outcomes from SACCOs and Savings groups under PROFIRA and other programme monitoring reports as well as stakeholder engagements at regional level in the implementing districts and at National level.
